- The Success Stories cannot process any refund request under any circumstances.
- As per the govt. rules, taxes of 18% would be levied on all the services on all modes of payment.
- Validity of any service is only for 1 semester i.e. 18 weeks where day 1 starts from the date of payment.
- Services cannot be transferred to next semester once the payment is processed.
- Prior appointment is required for telephonic discussions for ease at both the ends.
- Time required for the process can vary depending on various factors like peak season. The Success Stories cannot be made responsible for any miss in school deadlines.
- The final documents quality also depends on the quality of inputs to the questionnaire, and it is mandatory to give the best possible inputs. Also, it is mandatory to adhere to the rules and guidelines mentioned in emails, and questionnaire.
- Documents once finalized cannot be work upon.
